Four core courses must be selected from CHEM 211L, CHEM 309L, CHEM 311L, CHEM 313, and 320L. The elective courses can be chosen from the following list:

  • CHEM 212L. Elementary Organic Chemistry II

  • CHEM 230L. Environmental Chemistry

  • CHEM 310. Physical Chemistry II

  • CHEM 312L. Instrumental Methods of Chemical Analysis

  • CHEM 314L. Descriptive Inorganic Chemistry

  • CHEM 316L. Biophysical Chemistry

  • CHEM 401. Neurochemistry

  • CHEM 403. Advanced Organic Chemistry I

  • CHEM 406. Advanced Organic Chemistry II

  • CHEM 407. Nanomaterials

  • CHEM 410. Bioanalytical Chemistry

  • BIOL 317L. Biochemistry

If a course has a laboratory component, the laboratory is required for the minor. No course with a grade less than C- may be counted toward the minor.
